But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased. Daniel 12:4
The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit. John 3:8
Please untie the knots that are in my mind, my heart and my life.
Remove the have nots, the can nots and the do nots that I have in my mind.
Erase the will nots, may nots, might nots that may find a home in my heart.
Release me from the could nots, would nots and should nots that obstruct my life.
And most of all, Dear God, I ask that you remove from my mind, my heart and my life all of the 'am nots' that I have allowed to hold me back, especially the thought that I am not good enough. Amen.
They that dwell under his shadow shall return; they shall revive as the corn, and grow as the vine: the scent thereof shall be as the wine of Lebanon. Hosea 14:7
And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour. Ephesians 5:2
O beautiful for spacious skies, For amber waves of grain. For purple
mountain majesties, Above the fruited plain! America! America! God shed His
grace on thee. And crown thy good with brotherhood from sea to shining
sea!
O beautiful for pilgrim feet, Whose stern impassioned stress. A
thoroughfare for freedom beat; Across the wilderness! America! America! God
mend thine every flaw. Confirm thy soul in self-control, Thy liberty in
law!
O beautiful for heroes proved, In liberating strife. Who more than
self their country loved, And mercy more than life! America! America! May
God thy gold refine. Till all success be nobleness, And every gain
divine!
O Beautiful for patriot dream, That sees beyond the
years. Thine alabaster cities gleam, Undimmed by human tears! America!
America! God shed His grace on thee, And crown thy good with
brotherhood From sea to shining sea!
